Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Harmony Skin and Massage Therapy. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

 

Are All Products Available To Be Shipped?

The availability of a product is shown if the "ADD TO CART" button on the product details page is active. In general, most items are "In Stock" and available to be shipped. Some items may occasionally be "Out of Stock". When an item is not "In Stock", the "ADD TO CART" button will be replaced with the "OUT OF STOCK" button. Please reach out to us if you would like to order a product that is out of stock, we can usually fill these requests with a personal order unless the item(s) is out of stock with the vendor.



IN-STOCK ITEMS

Orders for In Stock items are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Items are shipped once the ordered products are located, payment is received, and the shipping address is verified. The expected shipment time of 2 business days refers to when the order leaves our warehouse. It does not refer to when the order will arrive at the final shipping destination. Delivery times vary depending on where the package is being shipped to and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

**Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.**

 

BACK-ORDERS & OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Our aim is to keep all the products offered on our website in stock. However, if you have placed an order with an out-of-stock product, we will notify you by phone or email. We may suggest an alternative, inform you when new stock will be ready to be shipped and/or give you an opportunity to cancel the product from your order. The order total, taxes and shipping costs (if any) will be readjusted to reflect the product cancellation.

Out-of-stock items can not be added to the shopping cart.

 

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently use USPS and FEDEX to ship our packages. By default, all U.S orders will be shipped by USPS or FEDEX.

UPS: please allow 3-13 business days for your order to be delivered depending on location.

Fedex: delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 1–5 business days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires 3–7 business days.

 

Can I Track My Package?

Depending on which shipping method you select, tracking information may be available for your order.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES

Harmony Skin and Massage Therapy ships to addresses within the U.S.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Harmony Skin and Massage Therapy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

Harmony Skin and Massage Therapy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
