BY APPOINTMENT ONLY | By appointment only. Harmony Skin and Massage Therapy cannot guarantee availability to guests without reservations. To schedule an appointment, please book online through our website.

PROOF OF VACCINATION POLICY | Per Los Angeles County Health Department Requirements - Proof of covid vaccination is currently required for all staff at Harmony Skin and Massage Therapy.

MASKS | Per Los Angeles County Health Department guidelines - masks are strongly recommended while in the salon and spa at all times. 


CANCELLATIONS | The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to our small business.

We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit and must pay a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services prior to re-booking.

LATE ARRIVALS | We want you to fully enjoy your time with us, so please arrive promptly for your service. Treatments are designed to deliver the most benefit within the time allotted.

As a courtesy to our other guests, we are unable to extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than 20 minutes late, your service may have to be rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply.

NO-SHOWS | No-show appointments will forfeit the deposit and must pay a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service + pre-pay for any future appointments prior to re-booking.

Unexpected events can and do occur in one’s schedule. We understand that things like illness, work, emergencies, and delayed flights are out of your control. Please contact us directly for re-scheduling options.


YOUNG GUESTS | Children are welcome to enjoy services at Harmony Skin and Massage Therapy. Children without appointments are not permitted as the salon and spa is not a safe or suitable environment for them.

CELLPHONES | To maintain a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere for all guests, we politely request that cell phones be silenced or powered off in the salon and spa's treatment areas.

REFUND/EXCHANGE | Client safety and product integrity is important to us, therefore product refunds or exchanges are only accepted on a limited basis. Only sealed, unopened, unused products will be accepted when accompanied by a receipt dated within 10 days of purchase. Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refund or return.

For Shipping - In the rare case you receive products that are damaged or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement free of charge on the products damaged. You must notify us within 72 hours after receipt of the goods for a refund or replacement. Photos are required of the damaged goods and incorrect item before we can proceed. Please keep all packing materials of the parcel. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for returning the products, alternatively a receipt provided with proof of purchase. We will refund any shipping costs incurred as long a receipt is provided. All damages or incorrect items will need to be returned before a refund or credit can be processed.

NO SERVICE REFUNDS | To ensure you receive the most favorable outcome, our professionals perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. All service sales are final. Should your outcome not match your expectations, please contact us and our Management will reach out to you.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE | For your safety, comfort, and satisfaction, Harmony Skin and Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary. More than anything, we want to ensure you have a great experience at our salon and spa and leave happy with the work we do. Please trust the judgment of our trained professionals.

DUTY TO INFORM | Your health and safety are of paramount importance to us at Hustler Beauty Bar. We trust the information you provide on your client intake form. Successful service execution requires your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations. Harmony Skin and Massage Therapy will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to services rendered in circumstances where a guest has failed to inform us of contraindication conditions.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE | In California, state law prohibits salon and spa professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with hair, skin, or nail abnormalities of any kind. Should your professional determine that you are ineligible for a service, we will happily refer you to an appropriate physician. When your condition has been resolved, you are more than welcome to return.
