Swedish massage uses light to medium strokes to promote relaxation, provides light stress and tension relief, improves circulation to aid in detoxification. It is perfect for those who feel overly worked, stressed, or are new to massage. A variety of techniques and strokes will be performed using warm oil or lotion, melting the tissue and gradually releasing tension.

Natural basalt stones ground your energy. These heated stones penetrate deep into the tissues without applying excessive amounts of pressure. Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils for therapeutic benefit. Aromatherapy has been used for centuries. When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain and especially impact the amygdala, the emotional center of the brain.

Dry Brushing
Dry Brushing is a popular therapeutic service that consists of a licensed massage therapist brushing a dry brush on the skin in circular motions or light strokes to provide exfoliation and a rejuvenating boost of energy.
Dry brushing unclogs pores in the exfoliation process. It also helps detoxify your skin by increasing blood circulation and promoting lymph flow/drainage.

A $25.00 deposit is required to book your appointment. It is transferable per the following cancellation policy, and goes toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellations
The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to our small business.
We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit and must place a new deposit prior to re-booking.
Late Arrival Policy
We want you to fully enjoy your time with us, so please arrive promptly for your service. Treatments are designed to deliver the most benefit within the time allotted.
As a courtesy to our other guests, we are unable to extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than 20 minutes late, your service may have to be rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply.
No-Show Policy
No-show appointments will forfeit the deposit and must pre-pay for any future appointments prior to re-booking.
Unexpected events can and do occur in one’s schedule. We understand that things like illness, work, emergencies, and delayed flights are out of your control. Please contact us directly for re-scheduling options.
