Please do not arrive if you are feeling ill, if you have been exposed to Covid-19 within the last 10 days, or experiencing symptoms. Symptoms of Covid-19 include:

  • Fever
  • Chills/shakes
  • Difficulty Breathing/shortness of breath
  • Dry cough
  • Sore throat
  • Sneezing
  • Skin Rashes, lesions or skin changes
  • Sudden loss of taste or smell
  • Gastrointestinal upset

Cancellation Policy

A $25.00 deposit is required to book your appointment. It is transferable per the following cancellation policy, and goes toward the total cost of your service.


The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to our small business.

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit and must place a new deposit prior to re-booking.

Late Arrival Policy

We want you to fully enjoy your time with us, so please arrive promptly for your service. Treatments are designed to deliver the most benefit within the time allotted.

As a courtesy to our other guests, we are unable to extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than 20 minutes late, your service may have to be rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply.

No Show Policy

No-show appointments will forfeit the deposit and must pre-pay for any future appointments prior to re-booking.

Unexpected events can and do occur in one’s schedule. We understand that things like illness, work, emergencies, and delayed flights are out of your control. Please contact us directly for re-scheduling options.
